BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THAT MAY ARISE THROUGH THE VALORISATION OF FORTRESSES - CULTURAL HERITAGE

The protection, the promotion and the efficient management of the Cultural Heritage of Corfu is responsibility of all. Corfu should aim at creating conditions for sustainable growth in an era characterized by economic difficulties. The Municipality of Corfu through Adrifort project aims to inform citizens regarding to the management, the enhancement and the protection of the rich cultural heritage and the artistic events in the region as well as the business opportunities that arise through the valorization of Fortresses / cultural heritage. The event targets to the staff of the competent departments and institutions in cultural resources management, as well as to active citizens with the cultural and the wider tourism industry. The main aim is to inform participants about the available methods/ tools for the sustainable management of cultural heritage in Corfu as well as the business opportunities that arise, exchanging opinions and experiences.
